Multi-Layer Pouches

Three Side Sealed Pack

• Flat pouch with a 7mm seal on 3 sides.
• Ideal for small pack sizes and sample pouches.
• Reverse printed graphics on high barrier PET films and LLDPE inner layer.
• Can be supplied with a Euro Slot at the top or Circular Punch Handle.

Quad Packs

• Gusseted stand-up pouch, sealed on 4 gusset corners to retain shape once filled.
• Ideal for pack sizes 2kg – 10 kg.
• Reverse printed graphics with high barrier PET films and LLDPE inner layer.
• Can be supplied with a circle punch handle.

Bottom Gusset Pack

• Bottom-gusseted stand-up pouch.
• Ideal for 500g – 2.5kg pack sizes.
• Reverse printed graphics with high barrier PET films and LLDPE inner layer.
• Can be supplied with a re-sealable zip lock.

MULTI LAYER WOVEN PACKAGING

Three Layer BOPP Bag

Graphics are printed on the surface or reverse side of BOPP film and laminated to the two-layer cloth, enabling printing all around the pack and increased barrier properties. Flexographic and Rotogravure printing processes available.

Four Layer (With or without Metalised, Reverse Printed BOPP Bag)

Superior graphics, printed in reverse and laminated to a second layer of BOPP film. This can also increase the barrier properties of the pack.

Handles

Small packs can be supplied with an open mouth or a handle top, with an open bottom for filling.

Handle Options Available

• Cost effective punched handle. Strong enough to handle up to 12.5Kg.
• Plastic handle sewn on for a more sophisticated experience.
